We can work with almost any type of artwork, although the better the quality of the original the better the results you can expect on the finished item. The simplest way to get it to us is by e-mail. We accept file formats such as .jpg, .bmp, .pdf, .ai, .eps, if in doubt send it anyway and we’ll see what we can do with it. There will be a one-time set-up fee for converting your artwork to a sewable file, this process is called digitizing. Once we receive your artwork, we will provide you with an estimate for the digitization process. A sewout of the design will be provided for your approval. After this is accomplished we will be able to sew your artwork on most any item such as caps, jackets, blankets, and shirts, etc. How about colors? We have just about every color available. Or we can choose for you. Once we have your colors selected we will use the same shades on all future orders. You can have an unlimited amount of colors in any design, although beyond nine colors there is an additional charge. How long does it take to complete my embroidery? We work on a one-week turnaround time from when the sewout is approved and all materials are inhouse. Can I just have one single item embroidered? We can embroidery one to hundreds of items for you. Do you offer personalized embroidery? We certainly do. We can embroidery almost anything you want on most any item. What is the largest design I can have embroidered? Our largest sewing area is 12×12. When you digitize an embroidery design, who owns the digitized file? You own the digitized file. We will charge a one-time setup fee to create the digitized file and regular embroidery charges to each subsequent order. Do you stock designs for me to choose from? We are a customer embroidery company but do have some limited in-house designs that we can offer our clients.
